1. Refunds and Returns

  • We offer a 3-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 3 days.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment

  • As we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method, please note that refunds will not be processed to a payment method. Refunds will be issued in cash, in person, at the time of return.
  • If a product is returned within the allowed 3-day period, we will provide a full refund in cash during the return process.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item following the above procedure and place a new order for the replacement item.
  • All exchanges must adhere to the 3-day return window.

4. Warranty

  • Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. For defective items, please contact us within the 3-day return period to discuss warranty options or replacement procedures.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and detailed descriptions of the defect or issue.

    • Items that have been opened or used, if they are not in resalable condition.

7. Shipping Fees
